I put a teaspoon in my food & it's been working for me, just for hair purposes. And as far as the taste, it does bother me.

I use it to condition my hair with the rest of my herbs. It works perfectly. I would say it’s a good product.

I got my package but the powder itself came in another packaging I kinda wish they wouldn’t have double packaged but I’m sure it was done for freshness.

I add about a tablespoon to my tea daily and this package has lasted me about 6 months at this time and I still have some left. I put it in my tea with other ingredients so I cant be sure that it is the only thing contributing to my seemingly accelerated hair growth.
