i got my esc but no extra fan motor no sensor wire and no stick tab for esc not happy

Excellent ESC, questionable supplier
I currently use one of these ESC’s and it is top notch. I ordered another one recently and received it yesterday. I have never received a supposedly new product in such a bad state. Obviously the box had been opened, the clear wrap on the box had been taped together. When I opened the box I found that all of the wires had been soldered and there was no fan attached to the ESC. Who is this supplier trying to kid. Do they honestly think someone would accept this? What a waste of time and energy. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Works great.
My only wish is that the fan for the esc was controlled automatically. I don't think I need a fan running at 19,000 rpms just after I start using it.
