I only take Garden of life vitamins. They are all natural and organic, worth the money and really does work well. If u r looking for a good vitamin this is a go-to.

This is the only one I use from Garden of Life store, because it does not have iodine which is from Sea Kelp. I CANT have sea kelp it messes up my digestive. So Women Raw one lacking sea kelp is the best I love it! It makes me feel better. I quit synthetic vitamins as they did nothing for me before I switched over to this Whole foods organic vitamin. I really hope this company continues to make a version without sea kelp or i would not be able to use it. I notice that almost many other whole food vitamins contain sea kelp. It is hard finding one that does not contain it. I will be buying this often!

Amazing multivitamin!! I've been using this multivitamin for years and years now. It is packed with amazing RAW vitamins. This particular multivitamin is exceptional for the female reproductive system (RAW One For Women). It gives you piece of mind knowing you are doing everything you can to keep your reproductive system working to the best of it's ability. If you plan to start a family in the future I highly recommend this product. Even if you aren't, you still want a healthy system and body. Being a completely RAW multivitamin your body is able to absorb the nutritional properties it provides. I have a hard time taking vitamins. They make me nauseous taking them with or without food. Some I can't keep down at all. This is not at all the case with RAW One For Women. I take them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with a full 8oz glass of water. Which is important to dissolve the multivitamin so it doesn't just sit like a lump in your stomach. This method (on empty stomach) is not recommended. They recommend taking it with food. But this just works best for me. They give you lots of energy and they help flush out toxins. If I drink water all day it uses the water to my benefit. If I drink diet pepsi or any soft drink it immediately flushes it out of my body making me use the restroom right away. While being gentle on your stomach they surely pack a punch assuring you are getting the RAW vitamins your body needs in just one gelatin tablet. I'm not one for taking supplements but because it's RAW and there aren't any fillers, I make the exception. If you run out your body really feels the lack thereof. This is not a payed ad. I buy them and use them strictly because they work. There are many varieties for the loved ones in your life, young and not so young. So start taking them and recommending them today. Good vitamins

I like this brand a lot: I’m on my first bottle so I don’t know what exactly I should be feeling. I’m feeling more focus, with a steady energy and a happy mood with this. No breaks out and nails getting longer and hair too. Like a well over-being. I just like the fact hats it’s very trusted company with clean product. I like that it has all I need in a capsule form. I’m filling on the gaps that I might be lacking on my food diet. I don’t like the smell of it… it taste like raw fish odor, idk if that’s how it’s supposed to smell or i gotten a bad batch!!! I still will continue to buy them because they don’t upset my stomach and you can take them with either food or not food! It’s very easy and simply to remember one capsule a day!!! I will definitely recommend it.

Great ingredients and my hair is growing fast now. Take one large pill every morning and easy to swallow with water. On my 3 rd bottle now. Great price too for an organic vitamin.
