I like these teabags because they've ground the buckwheat fairly finely, which helps it brew more quickly. I've used much coarser loose buckwheat, but that takes 5+ minutes to brew. This has a better flavor and brews faster. Great with a little buckwheat honey.

I read somewhere that this type of tea helps control blood sugar so I thought I'd give it a try. It's very bland, like drinking bread, but it did shut down my sugar cravings. It was weird to look at cookies and think "meh, what else doe we have to snack on?"

I have a 6yrs old girl who doesn’t like to drink water and after i put a tea bag in a water bottle she drank entire 32oz of water. She loves this nutty flavored tea so much. One of the other reason i picked this particular brand because it is one of the trusted korean brand in korea and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. Not only that its hard to find sucha quality organic buckwheat tea. i am definitely getting another one after i am done with this tea box.

I took a bit of a gamble on this one after looking for caffeine free teas. This did not disappoint! It's a good savory tea with an almost nutty quality to it. It's smells extremely good and while it's good as a hot tea I personally think it's better iced. I only drink savory Asian teas and this is one I'd keep in rotation.

This doesn’t taste as nice as the other buckwheat tea I’ve been drinking. Possibly because it’s double roasted? I don’t know. I don’t enjoy the taste, but since I’ve got it and it’s good for you, I put a tea bag in my coffee and drink it that way.
