Its ok...
As others have mentioned its more of a standing board than balance board. Doesn't really work for me for standing, only use i liked it for now is while sitting as leg support but that's about it.

It's an arched board
I do a lot of working from home. This product does as advertised in the context that it's a board with an arch on it. 🤷♂️ It's my preferred way to use my stand up desk, whether I'm actually getting any benefit from it, I'm really not sure. I guess it's encouraging me to stand more so that's one benefit. At the time of writing I have not had it long enough to comment to longevity of the product, but so far so good.

Not the Right Fit – Had to Return
I tried the Yes4All Wobble Balance Board for my standing desk, but it just didn’t work for me. While the quality is good, I found the wobble motion difficult to control and uncomfortable for long periods. It didn’t provide the stability I was hoping for, so I ended up returning it.

Expensive anti-fatigue matt and not really a balance board
This board is well built and comfortable to stand on (apart from the strain that it puts on your knees). Unfortunately, there is very little movement on this board (on a solid floor with no carpet) so pretty pointless as a balance board - which is why I purchased it. The board is also curved upwards from the centre which causes strain on your knees due to the fact that your feet are not flat. My knees start to hurt after about 10 minutes of using this board, and I don't have bad knees. The only way to overcome this knee pain is to stand with your feet together in the centre of the board, which is not a good position to have your feet in whilst standing. Standing in the centre also results in zero movement from the board. In summary, this is more of a very slight movement board or a very expensive anti-fatigue mat. So, not worth the money (£48.90) for whichever reason you are considering it.
