The feel of using this pillow is very nice. They are comfortable and so relaxing when you sit on them for meditation or using for back bends in the Asana practice. #yogaprompt I would recommend this product for anyone who wants to take their Asanas and comfort to the next level. The fabric is good cotton and it’s really nice feel. We can remove the cover and wash cover nicely and put it back. I am really glad I bought these and not the cotton once which I tried but were not that great 😊

I have shoulder pain and my PT recommended a good bolster pillow. I so wanted this to work. It arrived with a terrible smell. Using it the very first night I awoke with my eye and side of the face completely swollen as though I had been bitten by a wasp. My room and bed are scrupulously clean, this has never happened before and there was no sign of a wasp or spider in the room. 24 hours later my swelling still has not subsided. I am returning the product. A google search revealed that buckwheat pillows can and do attract bugs. I simply can’t take the chance of having this item around.

I was told to live through the low back pain and do the physio for the L4/L5 disc compression. This buckwheak round bolster really helped me to completely resolve my chronic back pain. I am 51 and thought my life is going to be become miserable as I grow older due to this constant chronic pain. I used to have shoulder pain too and I use this as my pillow as well. Even my neck pain is gone. I realize now how important it is to sleep properly supporting the spine esp. when you get older.

Make sure the Hulls don't fall outside through the gap above the zip lock even after locking it.I hope they work on this.
