Love this baby rattle and so does my daughter!! Love being able to take it places with other kids and easily identify what rattles belongs to my daughter! Love the more stylish grey with purple.

The reason for one star being reduced is strictly due to quality control. The puppy's right eye is sewn so low, that you can barely tell that it has a right eye as most of it falls underneath the snout area. Upon unboxing this, my daughter asked about her little brother's toy -- "Mommy, how come the puppy only has one eye".Outside of the quality control issue, the rattle is wonderful. The puppy character that we have is adorable. The coloring and overall look is exactly as pictured. It is also extremely soft and very lightweight, which makes it ideal for little hands. My 4 month old has no issues grabbing and shaking the rattle. He is also starting to put everything in his mouth -- this included. The soft material is easy on his little gums and we have yet to see any issues with material coming loose or coming off. I also love that this is machine washable, it means easier cleaning since spot cleaning little toys can be such tedious work.These are adorable and would make wonderful additions to baby shower gifts or decorations for baby shower gifts.

Used this rattle for my granddaughter baby diaper cake. It turned out beautifully.
