The LG Gram was set up last week, so I have no idea regarding long term durability. While light weight, it does feel solid. Tips: The laptop comes pre-loaded with MicroSoft Office 365. Uninstalling 365 did not stop the constant 365 pop-ups. Downloading MicroSoft Office Home and School 2021 did. Note: Since this computer will be used in areas without Wi-Fi, 365 is not the best option for me. 2. This laptop comes pre-loaded with PCmover Pro. You will also need a code for the computer that holds the information that you want to move to the new computer. You must call PCmover to get that code. (We did not know this and purchased PCmover from Amazon. Sigh.) PCmover did not move applications to the new computer. The applications still need to be downloaded. Honestly, so far, I have not seen that PCmover helped in setting up the computer. The previous computer's data was backed up to a cloud, and we download from there. LG Gram Pros: Lightening Fast! Pictures are sharp. Facial Recognition at start up is super quick. It has a number pad. (My last computer did not, and I missed it.) LG Gram Cons: The pre-loaded PCmover and MicroSoft Office 365

I'm so glad I purchased this laptop. I first got the 17" version from costco and it had issues from the start. I never got it to work properly. I found this one on amazon and decided to take a chance. Best decision ever. The smaller vesion is also more practical - it will fit the carryon luggage better and it's soooooo light. I love it. Also, I use it for business - quickbooks and some design software and it's super fast and can handle all my work without freezing on me. Even though it's so light the shell is super tough - I sat on it accidentally and there was no damage! If you're looking for a work laptop with large RAM, that's light weight this is the one. It also said it didn't have the touch screen but it does! Cherry on top!

LG touch screen broke and they will not honor their warranty despite being inside 1 year. Contacted customer support via chat and sent pictures that both screen and back of screen had no damage so was internal. They said even if internal (thus their component being faulty) they wanted me to pay 500.00 plus shipping to send back to them to repair. This is the first time have had a company not honor their warranty. Will not be buying another LG laptop EVER. I should have stuck with Dell as have never had issues with those and am sure if broke during warranty they would honor their warranty.

As all LG products seem to be of high quality, the LG gram laptop is excellent. Amazingly lightweight with good screen quality. The one feature I wish the laptop companies would provide is an indication of drive activity via an LED like they used to. Without this indication it is hard to tell whether something is happening or the computer is hung.

I like it a lot. It is very light and fairly fast. It could use a little improvement of a better video card but that is only an issue for gaming and extreme graphics. The delete key position is awkward so I am having a little trouble takes getting the hang of it. Overall the keyboard could use some improvement. All else is fantastic. I am a former 2X Dell XPS 13 user.

I had to replace an 8-year-old laptop after a Windows update killed Excel and Chrome. So far, I'm a few months in and loving this laptop. My biggest concern going in was that the number pad on the side meant that, when I'm typing, my wrists were going to hit the touchpad. That turned out to not be a concern because you can turn the touchpad off using the function keys. Same with the microphone and camera, which was my other concern.

Couldn't ask for anything more in a laptop. Very light, fast processor and easy to read screen. I don't use the touch screen very often but it seems to work well when I do use it.

It's been only a week since I got this LG Gram, so far so good!! I've heard some people say little problem with keyboard, not with me. Performance n design, great!! Only thing I noticed was the battery life. It's not bad, I'm totally ok with it but I really don't think it would last long like ad says. Overall I'm happy with this LG Gram!
