KASUNTEST 8-in-1 Handheld Digital Anemometer Weather Meter with Temperature, Humidity, Dewpoint, Heat Index, Wind Chill, Altitude Barometer KT-302

Bought this so I could calculate DA for shooting and drag racing. Yea, right. every time you turn this thing on I would get a different altitude reading. and i'm not talking a few feet here. For a fact, I was at 581ft MSL, this thing said I was at 515. Ok, at least I have something to reference. Turned it back on a few hours later at the same location, it said 485ft. Each time you turn it on, it is more and more erratic.Barometric pressure readings were also way off when compared to a different device. even after calibration, the readings weren't even consistently "off", the results were not linear whatsoever. Temperature readings? off by 2-5 degrees at any given time. referenced to a few different devices.The menu is awful. It returns to default each time you turn it back on, so you have to press the button about 20 times just to get to the item you want to referenceBased on the readings alone, It is just useless. If the readings were consistently wrong in one direction or the other, I would deal with the awful menu. I wouldn't even trust this thing for fishing.

They didn't think this through very well. No way to set and store default units, cumbersome and non-intuitive menus. Save your money. Buy something a few steps up. This is cheap chinese crap.

I thought I had a dud at first. After calibration it’s been fine. Not the easiest to use. For the price I’m happy with it.

No battery so I bought one at extra cost unit is okay if you are in C temp - F temp extra button pushing but still works
