I use it in my car driver seat behind my back....just as it is...don't need to pair it with anything. I even bring with me when I fly....it has made all the difference in the world with my torn disc.

Q: Why is Z black color more money? Is it a different model too?

The way I understand it, the Z black color has leather panels but I may be misreading it. The regular black (which I bought) is all mesh or a fabric material no leather.
