This is the only granola type bar that has the fewest grams of Carbs. Great snack. Tastes kind of like the wafer cookies. I like all the flavors. It does have the artificial sweetener which works for me because sugar = carbs!

These are a tasty way to get your protein . I use them as a reward for sticking to a healthy eating plan.

Great tasting product.

I typically use these type of bars for my breakfast meal. I found that I wanted more protein than the bar provides. I could eat 2 but then the amount of fat would be a bit higher than I wanted.I liked the crunch in the middle. It was a nice change from the other chewy style of protein bars. They are a bit dry because of the crunch but went pretty well with a cup of coffee or milk. :)If these had more protein I would have given 5 stars.I bought the variety pack so I could try different flavors and see what I liked. I really liked the peanut butter ones the best. The chocolate were also good. I did not enjoy the lemon or vanilla, so they will go to a local food bank.I would buy these again but would plan them as a snack.

So much lighter than most protein bars

This is my favorite protein bar. They’re basically iced wafer cookies so they satisfy a sweet tooth and all the flavors are super tasty.

If you’re trying to cut back on all things bad for you but want that sweet craving satisfied this is your best option! I have tried different bars and cookies etc but these hit the spot. I can’t pick any one flavor, they are all great and worth every penny
