Great cheap arch support
After reading reviews I was very sceptical about purchasing these after seeing people flexing them and saying quality wasn't great! They will flex if you try hard enough as most things will. I was advised my the orthopaedic doctor to purchase a pair to try for my arch support and to correct a knee problem so I did. First thing is I will be wearing them in my Salomon cross trainers and first impressions they give serious arch support (noticeable as my arches are fairly flat now) and due to the type of footwear do not move at all. I can't comment on how well they last as I've had them a few hours but like any type of insoles generally they should be checked and replaced so I don't expect years of use out of them. I think they will cause a bit of pain in the first few days while my body adjusts to them but no pain no gain 👌🏻. If you know the type of footwear they're going into I can verify they fit in trainers very well and seem good enough quality to hold my 90kg frame for quite a while. I don't know if they will fit people with a wide heal but they fit my feet well and hopefully relieve the pain in my knees. For the price it's worth a try. Hopefully this will help anyone who is looking for a cheap arch support and has doubts after reading all the negative reviews.

Great product
These arch support insoles have been a game-changer for my feet! I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and I'm on my feet all day, so I was really struggling with pain. These insoles have made a world of difference. They provide excellent arch support, which has significantly reduced the pain in my heels and arches. They're also very comfortable – they don't feel bulky or intrusive in my shoes. I've worn them in trainers, boots, and even some of my dressier shoes, and they've been great in all of them. I was a little worried about them slipping or moving around, but they stay firmly in place all day. They've allowed me to be much more active and comfortable, and I can now walk and stand for longer periods without experiencing so much pain. My purchase from Amazon was completely hassle-free. The insoles arrived quickly and were packaged well. They were exactly as described on the website, and the price was very reasonable. I've tried other arch support insoles before, but these are by far the best I've used. They're comfortable, supportive, and they've made a real difference to my foot pain. I highly recommend them to anyone who suffers from plantar fasciitis or other foot problems. Five stars!

Comfy, easy to swap into other shoes
We bought two different brands types of insoles for my daughter. She has terrible posture because of fallen arches, which causes her to roll her feet inward. Initially this pair was her preference because they are softer and more comfortable, because they are entirely foam. The other pair has a plastic component and so have taken more time to get used to. But now she's had both a few months she says the other pair support her feet better and she prefers them being the full length as these she can feel where the insole finishes. These are fine to wear all day and because they are only partial length they didn't need cutting and can be quickly swapped between pairs of shoes. Her posture and foot position is definitely better with insoles in. Wish we'd considered insoles earlier! So they are good, and perhaps a good starter insole if you are needing something more heavy duty. But if your feet roll as much as my daughters they may simply not provide enough support!

Foot pain cured
After months of achilles problems followed by plantar facieitus these have solved my pain. GP was useless and £100's wasted at Physiotherapy. An elderly lady mentioned that her podiatrist pointed out she was wearing too small a shoe size. When we get older our insteps can fall and our feet get longer. Having worn size 8 shoes for decades I had recently moved to a 9. Buying and using these instep supports has stopped many months of foot pain 3/4 design leaves more room for your toes in the shoe

Got painful knees? You probably need these.
If you suffer with fallen arches, you’ll know all about the inherent knee, hip, pelvis and back pain with which it comes. I already have several pairs of similar supports, but they are (as I have now found out) thick and cumbersome by comparison. These things add support in the vital place/s. I popped some into a pair of favourite, Rieker-made shoes, and instantly made a comfy pair of shoes into something I didn’t want to take off! The difference between these and the older ones is quite simply remarkable. It explains why I have just ordered some more.

Avoid these
These insoles are extremely narrow and the quality is very disappointing. The material feels cheap and poorly made, making them uncomfortable and not fit for purpose. Definitely not worth the money.
