Wonderful
As a diabetic like many others who are searching for the next best thing thankfully I found these jams so I’m not missing out on my morning low carb toast.. they like most keto/low carb foods are not exactly cheap but they are so full of flavour and very satisfying you won’t need a lot as even kept in the fridge they are quite runny however I will order again and would recommend.

Watery + fruit content near to nothing
If I could give a ‘0’ I would - exploitative prices, these ‘fad diet’ ‘businesses’ here today, gone tomorrow that are saturating the market for all the wrong reasons. Evidently cutting corners on their products like the jams. Keto at £10 a jar should be organic, should be full of fruit + not 99% water. Keto doesn’t mean eat fresh air, quite the opposite. Other ‘businesses’ of the same ‘fad’ do it too - like ‘carley’s peanut butter’ etc. 👎
