The taste is absolutely terrible, they’re huge, and my five year old had to eat three of them to get the right dose and he had a hard time choking them down. But I guess easier than liquid if you need to use it while out and about.

Great toast decent texture, easy to chew and swollen no leakage

I usually use homeopathic remedies for all ailments. I had given my cousin this in an emergency for her son who was having a migraine. She asked if I had any children’s Tylenol, I had this. He was vomiting from the migraine. She gave him this and it worked so well he was able to relax and fall asleep. I asked about the flavor and he said it was fine. I’m very happy about this medicine, especially because it’s just the medicine without all the fillers and other unnecessary stuff. Will definitely buy another bottle to have on hand.

Sometimes its nice to have the chewables instead of the liquid. My son loves the taste of these (he will often just ask for them and I need to explain these are medicine and not candy) takes them with no fuss and its nice to have something that is not super sticky liquid for middle of the night, travel, or just cuz. this has quickly become our go to kids Tylenol in the house. its just a little annoying you can't always find them in the store. but that's what amazon is for i guess.
