So I selected this watch because I wanted a device that could primarily track my swim workouts. I had originally purchased a Garmin Swim for about the same price but I returned it because it didn't have GPS and the ability to track other workouts like running. I settled on the GoLife X-pro and was ready to love this thing! At first glance, this is a beautiful looking watch that appears very well made. For the price, this watch has the potential to be the best option out there. It did take me a few days to get used to the functions and how to locate them, but it was just the normal familiarity issues with any piece of new equipment. Now I haven't tried this running but I have used it to record "steps." I'm not really sure what constitutes a "step" but this watch counted movement of my arms when standing a "step." But here is the deal breaker for me.....this watch was completely useless in tracking my swim workouts! I used it on 4 separate occasions and every time the watch would stop tracking my laps for no apparant reason. I was able to verify it when I would look at my post workout data, and some laps would recorded as 4 minutes to complete instead of the usual 20-30 seconds! Also, if I ever paused the workout, the watch would never count the first lap after pausing. The whole purpose of purchasing this watch was to accurately track distance without having to count to myself in my head while swimming. I emailed the people at "GoLife" to ask them if my watch was simply defective or if there was a GPS issue and got zero response yet. Sad to say that I'm now returning this and going to try the Garmin vivoactive which is a cheaper option anyways. It doesn't appear that there are any clear "winners" for swim tracking devices, lets hope this Garmin at least is accurate!

Loved it at first, then I have a blank screen. See attached picture. Since I have only used it two months and paid over $100.00. Would think it would last a couple years. Not like I was beating it against walls or anything.

It only worked for one week, then it stopped working.

Excellent.I love this GPS watch with barometer so much.I can know the changes in the surrounding environment.As an adventurer, it just what i need and in an affordable price.Recommend it to adventurer.
