Excellent toaster. Looks beautiful and toasting is consistent. However it is not delivered with heat rack as shown in the pictures.

Nice quality and the design is good. It's useful having one larger slot, instead of two smaller ones.The appearance is very nice, and will match your other appliances nicely, if you going for mostly chrome or black.I would recommend this product.

Toasts both side the same way, very nice and can fit the biggest slice of bread

Does not toast properly! Part of the slice will burn and the other part will be untoasted...every time since buying it a few months ago. Difficult to understand how Russell Hobbs can inadequately design/manufacture such a basic product. On the plus side, it looks nice😑

Looks stunning. But several design flaws... one long toast slot is actually less than 2 regular slots on normal toasters. If you are using long bread (eg baguette) then it can become an issue. The slot itself is quite thin, so thick pieces of bread will fit but may overburn. If your bread is light - prepare to catch it when it jumps out of the toaster. Lastly, it doesn't remember the settings for browning for more than a few minutes - the next day it always starts with the default setting.

I have been using the lower model for years hence switching to this model has upgraded my options I have the option to withdraw the toast when I can with a button. Reheating your toasted bread also is an option another option is when your bread is cold from the fridge and you need to warm it. There is a tray below which you can remove crubs fallen. Lastly under the toaster you can tie your switch wire for storage.

Bought along side the kettle, good quality, good value for money, easy to use, looks good sat with my kettle on my work top looks more expensive to what I paid.
