Laptop Replacement US Layout Keyboard for Lenovo ThinkPad T430 T430I T430S X230 X230T Keyboard T530 W530 L430 L530 04Y0490 04X1277 04X1315, Black

Used this to repair my W530 and it worked perfectly! This saved my otherwise dead laptop to be functional again as the power button wouldn't work anymore as well as being able to click, and most of the keys on the keyboards (I was able to turn the laptop on via shorting the pins of the port on the bottom of the laptop to test this when trying to diagnose the problem). The replacement was easy to put change. The keyboard feel is slightly different but not negatively so. The function symbols below f3-12 are a slightly different color from my original. They are a bit gray whereas the original symbols were white. This doesn't affect anything and doesn't bother me at all.

I replaced the keyboard on a Lenovo t430. The keyboard works fine. Only issue is the track point buttons not working, but I think that’s a different issue. All in all easy to install and likely would have worked properly had it been installed into a fully functional T430.
