Ideally no, its good for a 8-10 person table. the 810 is the one for larger tables. More money but worth the price. The actual room accoustics have something to be considered as well.

No battery. there is a USB version as well as BT version. Excellent external speaker for calls, etc.

No, it doesn't. It has a USB for connecting directly to your computer, etc. However, it does have Bluetooth.
