The dispenser works really well in keeping water hot for an outdoor concession stand that has limited electrical outlets. When filled with boiling water, the dispenser will keep the water hot enough to use for hot chocolate/Cup of Noodles for at least 5 hours, often longer if it is warm outside. It is easy to transport and carry as well. I did have an issue with it tipping in my car and customer service was very prompt and helpful with addressing the issue. Would highly recommend this product.

I use this Kettle for parties. This can keep the liquids hot for 4 hours then they are kind of warm but still potable warm for another 4 hours. The legs are handy when you keep this on the table and want to pour directly into bigger cup. Like others said, does not hold 3.5 gallons as mentioned in the description can hold up to 2.5 gallons. I bought two of these and I like them. Beware there are plastic filters that comes with and do not loose them as they are not available as spare parts.

I ordered this product because I needed something for hot chocolate ASAP for a large event but couldn’t find anything in stores and delivery for online inventory would not arrive until after my event. I was more than pleased! The water stayed piping hot over 8 hours! It holds so much water that I didn’t use it all and I hated having to throw the remaining water out because it was still perfectly hot and usable. Easy to carry. No leakage. Great seal. Performed PERFECTLY! Silver looked AMAZING with my vendor setup. GREAT BUY! LIFESAVER! 🥰
