Good Product for regular gym users that may struggle to get the ingredients from eating. I’ve just completed a tub of 33 packs and moving onto my second tub. Value from money is debatable, if you’re not training hard then there are cheaper products on the market that don’t contain such a complex ingredients.

Good supplements
First of all the magic is in diet, rest and hard working. Taking the pills without proper training doesn’t help. But if you are training then you will see the benefits. I fell more energetic and the pump last longer. Keep in mind that I take Animal M stack as well. This is the second month and I don’t regret buying it

Been a staple since it first came out. If anyone is selling you performance multi vitamins thay do not look like that - that ain't it.
