Actually works and lasts.
I'd tried many of the popular tire sealants without long term success. I needed something that actually works and holds as my small convertible doesn't have room for a spare and I got rid of the "run flat" tires which I would never have on a vehicle again. So I researched and found this sealant to be very highly rated by knowledge testers so tried it. My wife ran over a nail that completely punctured a brand new expensive tire. I used this per directions and it is holding fine after several months and several thousand miles of both town and freeway driving.

Works as advertised.
I have had a slow leak in a Kubota BX24 tire for the last year. It lives on an island so not convenient to take it in to get repaired so I have just been living with it. Then I ran across this product. I bought some of the off the shelf tire sealant but after carefully reading the label it said you should take your tire in to get fixed after applying this. I came across a youtube video of somebody putting this in their Kubota tire and in its specs it says it will last for upto 2 years. So I bought and applied which is quite easy. You remove the valve stem in the tire to let all of the air out and then they include a syringe which attaches to the valve and you pour in the liquid to the syringe and use the plunger to push it in. They have a calculator app that helps you determine how much of the liquid to use. Once you have put in the right amount of liquid you reinstall the valve stem and fill the tire with air and then spin the tire for a few minutes either by driving it or just spinning the tire if it is off the ground. I installed this about three weeks ago and so far so good.

Appears to work as advertised
Bought this sealant to try on some older large Super Swamper truck tires that have been used hard off-road and had some dry cracking on the sides. All four tires would go flat after a couple of days from various leaks (especially around the beads). Installed product in 2 of the tires. So far they are staying inflated and no signs of bead leaks. The other two tires with no product in them are leaking and show obvious signs of bead leaks.

Well worth the money
I use this to repair lawn and garden tires. It has worked 100% of the time using it in dozens of tires. Unlike Slime, it does not stay liquid but seems to react with the rubber and harden. It seals treads, sidewalls, and beads. It eliminates the need for tubes and eliminates the need for plugs in many instances. I once sealed a gash in the sidewall large enough to get a quarter through that went halfway around. The cost scared me a little at first so I bought a smaller quantity. Once I used it a few times I was completely sold and hooked. I have found that without exception, as long as you can get the tire to catch the bead and put air in it, Tireject will do the rest. I can't say enough about it. Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself.
