Some Good Information

I was hopeful that this would help bridge a gap with my executive but, some of the information in this book is more for an Executive assistant in the 90's or early 2000's. I was looking for more of a partnership with an executive in a remote world. Some of the tips are great when starting out with your new Executive but the chapter on telephone calls felt extremely out dated. Do assistants still do this? I know for the last 10 years, this is not something I have had to do. The other thing that rubbed me the wrong way with this "workbook" is they refer to the Executive as "he". Yet another reason I feel this is a bit stale.
