Seems equal to Morakniv quality. Well made. No apparent downside to super cheap price.
I read some mixed reviews before purchasing. Have not used it much yet, but sure appears approximately equivalent to Morakniv knives which I love and carry and use and abuse every single day. Did not come razor sharp, but sharp enough. I'll sharpen it up and use it and try and follow up re performance. Workmanship is flawless. Blade is broader than Morakniv companion, probably approaching size of Morakniv Robust that costs more, though, of course, the Moraknivs are an excellent value. Ambidextrous sheath is a plus for the Ganzo. Plastic sheath is as good as or perhaps slightly better designed and made than the Morakniv Companion, which is the model I carry daily. Not seeing a downside to the savings. Very happy with it, so far and will test it out in use!

good quality steel but has a design issue
The steel appears to be of good quality. The blade is razor sharp and i like the hollow ground. The problem I have is the connection between knife and sheath. The clasp or mechanism holds the knife in place a little **too** tightly. This results in requiring a bit more force than I'd like to remove the knife from the sheath. As such, I find this to be a bit dangerous for such a sharp knife -- lack of control during the process of exposing the blade strikes me as dangerous.

A favorite!
This has become a favorite. I initially bought the orange one and put it in my day pack. Upon first use I immediately liked it and bought the green one for my overnight pack and the black one for my EDC pack. Now I just need the blue one for my tackle box!The knife is an excellent slicer, makes nice feather sticks, I have even used it for some light batoning. It has held up well. I would not push it any harder, but it will easily do what a knife is supposed to do, which is cut.Wether in the kitchen, in the field, or on the water, I would recommend this knife for anyone looking for a nice, general duty cutting tool.

Great economy knife!
Very sharp. Great utility knife. Worth the money. Bought three. Gave one to brother inlaw. My wife uses the blue handle one!

Good Well Made Knife
This knife looks more like a Benchmade than a Mora in terms of blade shape and edge. It's thin and light, and will do your basic EDC, fishing, and utility stuff, just don't be stupid by jamming it into oak logs and moving it side to side. Ganzo does a decent job on their heat treating, and this knife will, for the most part, do the same stuff as a Mora Companion, but is a better slicer and fish cleaner due to its blade and edge geometry. I've bought 4 of these knives, and they work well, but I don't baton them through logs.
