Not anymore.I always keep a few of these on hand in case a Red Dawn/War Games/Night of the Living Dead scenario plays out around me. Which is way too often. These never fail to help me get through those days.Don't take them with your adderall unless you want to see into the fifth dimension and commune with the great spirit.

Don't like coffee but want the boost?
I've been taking these for years and LOVE the effects. On an empty stomach, expect an energy boost within 15-20 minutes; no crash or stomach upset. Perfect for travel, pre-workout, general pick-me-up without the coffee-induced bad breath and bathroom breaks, or stomach upset from artifically-flavored powders and carbonated pre-workout drinks

Reliable Brand of Caffeine Tabs
PROLAB and more recently ALLMAX are my go-to brands for 200mg caffeine tabs. I've been using PROLAB caffeine tabs since the early 2000's. The tabs have gotten smaller over the years which means less filler used, which in my opinion is a plus. Tabs are small, easy to swallow, and dissolve quickly. These tabs usually hit after about 20-30 minutes when taken on an empty stomach. Good reliable, clean energy without any upset stomach, jitters, or crash. I was pleasantly surprised to see they now offer a bottle with 300 servings. Much cheaper than the 100 serving bottle, and reduces packaging waste.The only downside is the tabs are smooth on both sides with no score lines which makes breaking them hard to break in half. Luckily ALLMAX tabs do have a score line making it easy to split the tabs. So I keep both brands on hand and adjust my caffeine usage as needed. Great product and love the option of more servings per bottle. Will definitely buy some more to keep on hand.

Ingredients changed
Very odd, the one I received contains "Polyethylene glycol", which is a laxative. Why would you add a laxative to caffeine pills without making it clear? No wonder these upset my stomach.
