NO! I received my baby just as advertised and she is absolutely adorable! They sell the identical ones on Etsy for $83! I ordered Liz (I think she looks the most realistic) and her coloring a mid-tone, and features are perfect. Her open crying mouth will hold a tiny pacifier and custom-made bottle I purchased from Etsy, she is precious. I ordered her clothes and knitwear from Etsy there are many sellers that make custom clothes and accessories for her. I don't know how to upload a pic of her I'm 67 and can only do basic computer things, sorry. You can buy this with confidence :) My 17yr old granddaughter and friends fight to hold her lol
