Brand New batteries and the mask still did not Light up.
The media could not be loaded. The mask looks good it just wouldnt light up when I press the button. MAYBE IT COULD BE A SHORTAGE in the battery area.

My 9 year old wanted this for Halloween! The lights still work after 2 Halloween carnival and a night of trick or treating!

Had no trouble returning the first one.
The first one we recieved didn't light up and of course that's what we wanted it for. We had no problem returning it and got a replacement very quickly. It works just like it should.

Broken on arrival (possible fire hazard)
Out the box the leds dont work. Changed batteries and still nothing. Now the controller automatically turns on and got a bad burning smell from the box, use at your own risk. Still like the mask design so just gonna snip the wires and wear it since it wont be returned in time for my Halloween party, had high hopes for this product. Smell was the battery casing burning...just disappointed overall
