These thyroid supplements are capsules, making them very easy to swallow. They seem tasteless and odourless to me, but I don't have the best sense of smell.You take 1 tablet a day, so the packet will last for 4 months. I think that at £21.90 (at the time of writing) that represents good value, assuming they work for you. If they help me then I would be up for paying that to get more.I find that iodine can help me to shed a few pounds sometimes, but the results aren't consistent for me as I suffer from Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), and it is very difficult for me to lose weight. When my thyroid was last tested, it was on the high side of normal, so I don't think that supplementing with a thyroid supplement will do me any harm as what might be normal for one person isn't necessarily normal for another and I think I would benefit from lowering it a bit. I can't find any contraindications for the liver, so I'm happy to use it.It's too early to say if they work for me or not, so I'll update with my results in four months or so.

No complaints, so far so good until needed

So far no negative side effects.The capsules are quite big, a bit difficult to swallow so with the capsules having powder inside them they are being used as sprinkle capsules. I pull them apart and sprinkle the contents onto yoghurt. The texture is a bit gritty but at least I don't have to worry about not being able take the supplement.
