Rubs on your toes
I kickbox with someone who uses these, but for me they were the worst. They rubbed the tops of my feet to the point of blisters on both feet(on my toes). I even tried ordering a smaller/larger size. . Same thing

Adequate For Heavy Bag, Good Value
I purchased these to use with a heavy bag. They are adequate for the task. Fit: I ordered and received a medium size. My foot size is 10 and my calf’s are of average size to a bit small. They fit perfect. If you have larger calf’s I would recommend a large as the top strap does not have much length left for adjustment with my moderate calf size. Padding: moderate. As mentioned I use these for heavy bag, mostly low kick work. The heavy I use, as with most is quite hard in the lower portion due to settling of the stuffing. These pads protect enough to only cause a moderate pain with a hard kick. My shins are not hardened yet and these pads will allow hardening while protecting from damage. Quality: since I have only recently acquired them I cannot assess for long term durability but the stitching and materials appear to be good enough for my purposes. Based on my subjective opinion these pads are adequate for my purposes and are a good value. This along with the fair price and quick shipping is why I rated 5 star.

Sizing
I am a 5'1" female. The size small fit my size 5.5 foot. I was worried the foot cover might be too long, it just fit. The calf straps might be a bit short if you have large calves, mine just fit. The do not move around and I don't notice any more weight than my former cloth shin guards. I don't feel kicks as much and when I asked others it didn't seem like they felt too much extra when I kick them. That said I am still a little bruised underneath them. I think I bruise easy... We don't use them very often so I don't know how they will hold up. Since they are long they will be a bit annoying to store in your gear bag. So far I like these alot.

Too bulky
Too bulky. Yes they have to protect, but still. Did not have the best feeling once I wore them. Considering one will sweat in them, and have a good range of motion..I preferred to return them.

Cheap but good
About the same as more expensive brands. Good for training and working up some shin conditioning, prevents the ultra painful shin hits when you are checking.

No refund possible for a poor quality late product
They delivered it weeks late and I have been requesting to start the refund process and they choose to ignore me. Also straps are poor quality, they won't last very long.
