Not durable at all
Not more than 3 months, the issue seen in the picture happened. Apart from wasting money, it's not safe at all.

Caused Damage to Laptop
Bought for asus laptop matching x540 spec with same voltage input and hrtz, upon usage on said laptop, there was a malfunction and now the laptop is not working as before as it won't work without being plugged in, even after being plugged in for a number of hours. Any advice on how best to proceed?

doesn't fit snugly
Nowhere near the spec of the original charger. It does work, but often have to hold it in the slot with my hand to stop it falling out.
