2 Water Workouts HIIT Aquatic Cardio & Noodle Abdominals (Audio CD)

We have a large group of ladies in our complex. Six days a week we meet at the pool and for six years they have listened to the only CD they had. I found WeCoach on Amazon. Com! I had a leap of faith to try something new, our group is willing to try this once or twice a week as a change. Yeah!We are having trouble with a small part of the tape towards the end... it goes silent and then it does come back. We have cleaned the CD machine. We are not having any issues with our other CD.We love the CD; perhaps WECoach would consider sending another to replace this one.

I found it hard to discern what the moves were from both the audio and photos. Plus too long on each routine. A count of 16 for each routine is the norm.

I tried using the audio cd in a large noisy pool. I couldn't hear or understand anything. The reason for return was caused by my error.

I should have paid more attention that this was a audio presentation rather than video. I probably would not have purchased it if I had paid more attention.

It played the first time but quit. I thought it was my player so bought another one. It played for part of the disk and quit. The dvd player works for other dvds. Very disappointed

I purchased this CD after trying three other CD workouts by another company (which I couldn't return). I was super reluctant to try another one after being out nearly $70. But I am so glad I did! I (we, there's about 6 of us) use this a couple times a week in our 55+ community pool. The instructions are clear and easy to follow and the workout is fantastic! You can make this as high or low intensity as you want. And the best part is you don't need an instructor on the pool deck to show you the moves or clarify what is being said. We love this workout!

The disc was cracked so could not use it all. Sent back for credit

Purchased this for our Water Aerobics group --- We have a couple other WA tapes by Laurie Denomme that we've been using for years. We all love that this one makes us work a little harder than our other CD's . Have to admit that some of the loud background noise/music makes it difficult to understand the coach directions. We are able to turn off the background noise/music with our other CDs but can't this one. Many of us are seniors and have hearing impairments.
