Waste of money!
The video is 30 minutes, of that time the trainer spends most of the time getting the model and her 5-year-old daughter to pay attention. They easily did the video in one take. The lady doesn't even complete most of her reps, and the acting is terrible. The workouts are not anything new or amazing either. They are BASIC stretches and warm ups, that you hold your child and do. Not interactive with your child. You either hold the child or they sit on you. They do not get to actually participate. Also, most children will not hold still for these routines, and neither does the child in the video. I was looking for a video that was a little slower than my workout routine videos so that my toddler could do the routines with me, this was not at all that kind of video. Also, the first 10 minutes is the model talking about how great she is.

Very Basic Workout While Carrying Your Kid
It's a VERY basic workout, and basically you either hold your child or they sit on top of your stomach or back for all the various exercises. My 2.5 year old is 26 lbs, and I'm not really sure if the exercises where they are sitting on your back are especially healthy for your back. Additionally, unless your toddler is hella coordinated (which I don't know any that are) they are going to fall off your back, which is not really conducive to a good workout. If you're looking for a light fluffy workout to do that you have to carry your kid around during, this is the video for you. If you're looking for a workout with moves that both you and your child can do together this is not the one.
