Don't buy for plantar fasciitis
According to the description, these sounded perfect for plantar fasciitis, but they made mine worse. I was starting to get slightly better with mine after putting in a lot of hard word and thought a new pair of insoles would help, but one evening with these red gel "orthotic" insoles set me back to almost square one. The arch support is next to nonexistent and the gel is too thin to help cushion the heel when you have plantar fasciitis. I bought a new pair of insoles the first and only evening I wore them because these are worse than useless. My cheap Profoot insoles from the local hellmart actually help and they are basically the same price. Now, if you just need a little extra cushion in your shoes, these might be perfect, but if you actually suffer from heel pain or need arch support, keep looking. I gave mine to my son for extra cushion in his boots since, for the price, it's not worth the hassle of sending back.

Update & Seller Review.
Ok. I purchased a pair of these insoles and had a problem. It was a a "quality control" issue. The seller upon seeing this made everything right. Thank you for standing by your customers. I would definitely buy from these folks again.

Worked great for first month
Worked great for first month, then the plastic part separated from GEL and did not sit correctly in shoe. If not for that it would be a 5.

Pain in your Heels from plantar Fascitis?
If you're just like me and have plantar fascitis, these insoles are AMAZING!!! I putted them in my work shoes are they're just amazing at relieving most of the pain from my heels. I stopped using Dr. scholl's because they weren't being as effective anymore so I started looking around for a replacement and found this one and after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did.

Not so great.
Not terribly comfortable. Somewhat heavy and squishy.
