this is great stuff
so I love popcorn and I love to mix it up a bit. I was making the caramel corn you have to boil the candy on the stove, pour it on and bake it for an hour..... took so long. this product coats while it pops and you good to go right away! faster to the fun. its also easy to clean off later (a soak with water dissolves any extra caramel) this has a very good flavor and you can add more or less depending on how coated and sugary you want your corn. I have to try it on nuts yet. oh, you have to use a popper where you can keep the corn moving, the stir type pots.

Delicious and easy to use
We have purchased several of these already. It is delicious and it is incredibly easy to use. If you prefer more caramel coated kernels, you have to adjust the amount of Glaze Pop you use and oil. We typically use (6 oz kettle) 14 tbsps of glaze pop which comes out to a tad more than a 1/2 cup and 5 tbsps of oil (coconut). Once the corn stops to pop you will pour it a little after seeing mostly white kernels (around 5 seconds after seeing the whiter kernels). Hope this helps!

Popcorn machine or ELSE! :)
This stuff was made for a real popcorn machine; think movie theater. If you don't have that machine, using this glaze can be a nightmare! After wasting 1/3 of the package (burning it), I finally got the process down for success without a popcorn machine. 1. Air pop enough popcorn to fill a large pot 2/3 full. 2, Heat coconut oil (any oil) in that large pot. 3. Add glaze. 4. Once glaze begins to melt, add a tablespoon of butter. 5. STIR, STIR, STIR! 6. As soon as the glaze has fully melted (don't "overmelt") pull it off the heat shut off the burner. 7. Dump in the popcorn and stir it up like you're making popcorn balls. you can stir it on the hot, but off, burner to keep things warm. It may take a little practice, but this process works...your biggest concern is not overheating the glaze...the second it's fully melted, get it off the heat.

use to use crowd pleaser
I've got a commercial style home popper from Paragon. This product was easy to use and produced excellent flavored caramel corn. Clean up was easy, as well, and was no more difficult than for regular popcorn. Note: I upped the ratio of Glaze Mix and got better uniform coating of the popcorn relative to the recommended ratio. The box says 2:1 corn to mix and I used 3:2. Also, I recommend using "mushroom" style corn kernels for larger and more uniform sized individual popcorn.

Great taste and texture.
Got a Whirley-Pop popcorn maker. Saw this caramel glaze and thought we would try it. It's great! The popcorn is fluffy and the glaze is a light, crisp and delicious. Great taste, great texture. The Whirley-Pop keeps it mixed up so the coating is distributed nicely and does not burn. I also shake a little Flavacol on it to give it a bit of a salty buttery taste to give us sweet and salty perfection.

Meh
I LOVE caramel popcorn and have tried many different varieties and flavors. This looked like a super easy way to make it so I ordered. The glaze does a pretty good job of fully coating the first kernels popped but then gets really light on the remaining pot of corn. It wasn't sweet enough for my taste so I added some white sugar to the pot which helped. It is still not the flavor I am looking for in a caramel corn. It was cheap enough to try but I won't be buying it again.

Delicious Caramel Corn In 5 Minutes!
This stuff is excellent, and can be used with any popper, assing you don't mind making the glaze in a seperate pan. Half a stick of butter, half a cup of this, melt and mix together on a stove top. I personally add a little vanilla and a couple caramels as it's cooking, then just add it to the popcorn making sure to stop and mix a few times as your adding it. You will have DELICIOUS caramel corn in about 5 minutes.

Only buy this if you have their SPECIAL KETTLE
This was a GREAT BIG FAIL because I'm an idiot who didn't read the Description of the product first before I bought it. I had no idea I needed to buy a special kettle to cook it. I figured I would just do the popcorn the old fashioned way in a big Dutch oven. Nope! I tried to redeem myself in front of my daughter (who thought I had wasted money) by trying various other methods to use this Carmel topping. I could not get it to stop burning. I finally gave up and threw it in the trash. What a waste of money!
