下奥歯の治療でアゴに通っている神経に麻痺が出てしまい神経修復のサポートに服用していました。今はメチコバールを処方してもらえたので一旦、薬を優先に切り替えています。 メチルコバラミンは成人で1日1,500μgを3回に分けて服用が適量のようだったので、1錠を半分にすれば500mcgで1日3回の服用にできると思っていたのですが、カプセルで中は粉なので半分は難しく朝、夜の1カプセルづつにしました。 水溶性なのでビタミンCと同じようにまとめて飲むよりは小分けの方がより良いようです。 カプセルは国内の一般的なサプリより若干大きめですが飲み込みのには支障なし。 使用期限は2025年11月購入で2028年4月と十分な期間でした。

匂いが独特で、こういうものなのかちょっと心配です。他にも活性型ビタミンB12のサプリは試したことがありますが、カプセルタイプは初めてで、そのせいか匂いが気になりました。
