A very good phone. I have never bought refurbished before and was a little worried. The phone arrived early and was in excellent condition. Battery lasts very well and no marks on either the glass or the case.I had a minor problem with the set up but this was sorted out straight away.A huge saving as opposed to buying new. Very happy with the phone and the service.

First, the phone. It has all the features I wanted, and while its not the "latest" phone, it pretty and it works very well. Battery life is a little less than I thought it'd be, but it holds enough for an average day quite easily. Camera is very good, and with 256G memory, I'm not going to be running out of space anytime soon.Second, Tech Tiger as a company? Brilliant. This is the second phone I've had off them, and whilst I sent the first one back, (due to ME being a moron), they happily refunded me without a quibble.This phone was "Condition acceptable". Really? I would have said "very good to excellent" as I only found 1 tiny, tiny, tiny flaw, and thats only because I was looking for scratches.The communication is also excellent, and they answer any emails, usually within minutes and they also dont have a problem with actually talking to you. Can't fault them. Pretty sure I'll be getting my next phone from them too. T.T- if you're reading this, well done, you're doing it all the right way.

Phone is in good condition, but the charger provided by the seller does not work and is cheap quality. The seller said they would sent replacement chargers but never did.

The last flagship by Samsung you can buy with a headphone jack.From this release on, you must use an adapter to use wired phones or drain your battery with Bluetooth.This refurb Unit looks mint, no scratches, no signs of usage at all.A bit expensive though, for a used, now quite old device.But it's the price you have to pay for a Samsung phone with a 3.5mm jack.This will be possibly my last Samsung.

Bought this refurbished phone as a replacement for my old S10 5g as the screen had smashed and stopped working properly.If I didn't know better this is a brand new phone and way cheaper than getting my old phones screen fixed.Superb and very happy.

Great condition, like new. Amazing phone, I already have an S10 5g and have no thoughts of upgrading as easily competes with recent models. Bought this one for a mate.

Great phone ...great delivery ....but didnt need it in the end so it was returned without any fuss.
