Great shoes for gym workout specially deadlifts and squats , they’re confortable to run on a treadmill , but I believe this is more for CrossFit workout than running , but they’re definitely great if you want to use them for weight lifting and treadmill running at the gym

I'd had a pair of these exact same shoes before. I like them so much I ordered another online. I'm glad I did as they are the size I needed/ordered and got to me quickly.

Starting from the unbox experience, I give 3/10 due to they repackaged the shoes with another box (Original box damaged in transit). Not the original Nike one. Aside from that, I must say the fit was as expected so I give 10/10. Of course, I've been using Nike shoes for years and I know my size. They are not waterproof since they have a mesh for a better ventilation which is good compared to the previous Metcon 5 which are a bit warmed or hot when doing WOD. I don't complain about it but you need to be aware due to this shoes were design to address the lack of cool and ventilation issue of previous Metcon 5, so for me it a must, I give a 10/10.So the reason I'm giving a 3 star rating is because I did not get the Hyperlift which was the main reason I wanted this shoes.Note: The Hyperlift insert increases the heel to toe offset, essentially turning your Metcons into lifters (8mm for Men and 6mm for Women) They will provide you more range of motion when weightlifting heavier loads.

Have had loads of this model. Love them.

Great workout trainers weights etc but not made for football!!!?? .Very very comfortable but like I said these are not Astro turf trainers not grass.Looking forward to strength training tomorrow!!!
