I could not rave about this product more! I’ve been taking another high-end brand of magnesium glycinate for years, and my magnesium still came back as low on a mineral test. Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate is a really clean, no fillers Magnesium. I was taking Magnesium oxide from the pharmacy but not seeing results and dr kept saying my Magnesium was depleted. I started with Codeage about 3 weeks ago & noticed im sleeping better, no leg cramps and getting regular bm. Generally feeling better. Best part is my bloodwork showed a slight improvement in my Magnesium count. This is a great product & one to consider if you need Magnesium.

Our doctor actually ordered magnesium glycinate for our family. Howerver the loposomal is taking it one step further. These are great if you have the leg cramps or the foot cramps. We all go to the gym to tone on the weight machines a couple of times per week. This is a nice supplement to add to keep from being too painful if we overdo the weight lifting.

I bought this product because I had purchased it previously elsewhere and it works well for me. Amazon has a better price than I previously paid. I have learned that there are different types of Magnesium that can help different health issues so you want to make sure you know the correct type to take. The Glycinate works for my problem.

love how I am sleeping

I now have this on subscribe. I won’t go one night without it. I take it every night before bed and it calms down my twitchy, cramping legs so I can sleep. It doesn’t affect my gut at all. I’ve been taking this for 5 months and I can’t imagine living without it.
