I’ve been using this Karinear 2-burner electric cooktop (120V plug-in model) for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really happy with it. It heats up quickly, looks sleek, and the touch controls are very responsive. The size is perfect for a small kitchen or countertop setup. One thing to note: the unit has a built-in safety feature that automatically shuts off after about 10 minutes if there’s no interaction. This is great for safety — it prevents overheating or accidental operation — but if you’re cooking something that takes longer, like a large pot of soup or stew, you’ll need to turn it back on a few times. It’s not a big issue once you know about it, but worth mentioning for anyone planning long cooking sessions. Overall, it’s a well-designed, compact, and safe electric cooktop that works great for everyday use.

The black glass surface looks modern and is super easy to clean — just a quick wipe and it’s spotless again. Both burners heat up incredibly fast and respond instantly when you adjust the temperature. I love how energy-efficient it is compared to a gas stove — no wasted heat, and it cooks evenly every time. The touch controls are intuitive, with clear buttons for power, timer, pause, and a useful “Keep Warm” feature that keeps food at a steady temperature without burning it.

So this isn’t a 240v electric cooktop or gas. Things take longer. It took me 8 minutes to bring 6 cups of water to a boil. It took 5 minutes for a box of Kraft Mac and cheese noodles to cook correctly. It’s a good little unit that works if you’re in a bind. It came packaged very nicely and when it operates it’s quiet. Overall I’d recommend this.

A very well made cooktop for the price. Perfect size for an apartment or even out in a BBQ area to heat your beans or whatever else you may like. Works great so far and heats up fast. The glass top is easy to clean and looks very stylish and clean. Installation in cabinet was easy enough. Would like to have had an included template but not necessarily needed. It was a great value at the sale price. And includes a great warranty as well. I’m 100% happy with it. And would recommend it to anyone who might be considering buying any hot plate or cooktop for themselves.

We purchased too early, bought it the end of May, just used it and found it will not hold large frying pan and even a small pot/pan. The heating elements are too close together. There than that, it cooks well.

Its a very efficient cooktop .Its easy to setup and operate and cooks evenly at a perfect heat. First I was skeptical about the quality of this product but its beyond my expectations! I cooked scrambled cottage cheese with whole wheat naan.

I hate it one burner only warms, its so dark you cannot see the buttons
