Love this stuff. I use it on my arms and the pump is real, five minutes after I’ve started lifting. I will admit, I love the way it makes my arms look. lol The only drawback is the smell. It’s not enough for me not to keep getting it, but it is there. Think, Aspercreme. That’ll tell you everything you need to know about the smell. The arm pump outweighs the smell for me, so that’s why it still gets 5 stars. Worth the money. Rubs well into the skin.

I chose this item after reading the reviews. One review suggested using this on my abs. Well, the moment I received it, I did just that and used my sweat belt with it. I totally love it and the fact that while working out I could feel it working. The roller-ball application is mess free.

This product has no effect on the arms and legs and can cause skin irritation. But if you apply it to the chest, it will start to heat up.

Obsessed with this product. It is so amazing. Defiantly love seeing my skin get red bc that means its working. Don't worry its not scary red just because of the heat activation your skin warms up. I get such an insane pump. And as an IFBB Bikini pro this is essential to win. Thank you STEELFIT

The product is great when come to pump but that made my arms all red and felt like they were burning ! It was little bit uncomfortable
