Nice lift
Fit my 24 frontier. Took no time to put on. Gives a nice lift and level. Looks much better than stock. I’ve done several of these lifts and RC is the best quality of parts. Definitely recommend. You can fit 285 after the lift.

Looks great
Really nice kit. Had a buddy giving me a hand and we got it installed in 2.5hrs. If you are looking to install solo the rear is going to be a challenge, you really need an extra set of hands to pull down the leaf springs while you line up the bolts. The front is pretty straight forward and can be done solo but you are going to want to remove both front tires because you'll need to get the sway bar out of the way. When doing the rear, you can leave the tires on and I recommend jacking up the truck from the rear tow hitch, that takes the pressure off the springs and makes it easier to get them in place. I haven't gotten it to the shop for an alignment yet but it is absolutely mandatory because the camber will be way off. I'm hoping it's not going to need new cam bolts but I'll update this review if it is necessary. All dogs makes a kit for it if needed.

I LIKE IT
Well, I needed this to fit a set of 265/70/17 K0'2, of course I had to use a wheel adapters, it wasn't that easy, if you have power tool or heavy breaker bars and a bunch of different wrenches and sockets, is doable, and also depends on the model year If your Frontier like in my case is 15 years all, be prepared for a long day. All of these being said, the truck looks nice, has a nice stand, but, this kit should include the cam bolts for LCA to be able to get rid off the positive camber, my 2008 includes the camber bolts from factory but Nissan got rid of them on later models. If you are reusing the OEM tires, it works nice, just make sure the truck gets aligned after installation. Good luck with this project

NICE!
I didn’t believe other reviewers who said this “completely changed the look of their truck,” but I was astounded at how much it really did. Just this lift alone allowed me to fit 32.6” (33’s) tires with pretty minimal rubbing without melting or cutting AND minimal coil bucket contact on stock UCA’s. i will likely purchase the UCA’s anyways since i do get some CBC when going over speed bumps too fast. But if you don’t off-road you don’t have anything to worry about. I’ve attached some post-lift photos to give you an idea of what you’ll get after lifting. You will need to a ball joint separator to disconnect the knuckle from the UCA. Thought i could finagle it in but you can’t, so plan to get that tool.

Straightforward Install, Great Results and ability to use larger tires for well under $200!
After watching the RC installation video, the install had no real surprises and was fairly easy and straightforward for me who is an avid “Gearhead”. On my ‘08 Xterra 4WD, the hardest part on the front was after installing the RC Spacer on top of my strut, to reinsert it I did have to pop the upper ball joint loose to get adequate clearance, it came out with only the Sway Bar dropped. On the rear I had to loosen the rearmost 3 muffler hanger brackets to get the right rear Shackle out after gently moving the tailpipe over and up a little. To pull the rear end of the spring downwards to install the new longer shackle lower bolt, I used a large Pipe Wrench on the spring Eye at the rear end of the spring inside the shackle for added leverage. I had spent much additional time cleaning and painting the underside of my trucks suspension so the project took me several hours for the install, but the Lift Kit alone would have been about 2 hours front and 1.5 hrs rear taking my sweet time. With just the front spacers installed, the truck sat level (no rake) if not slightly higher in the front. After the rear was install, I had about the same Rake as stock, only 2.5” higher. I am very happy with the install and the results as my trucks ride has not changed as the stock spring are still used, only shimmed up a bit. Now I just need to slightly up my tire size to about 32” and I’m all set! Thank’s Rough Country for a nice & simple modest Lift Kit!

Great lift!
First of all let me say this really changes the look and feel of frontiers for the better. It felt like an SUV before but now it feels like a truck. It's amazing what just a little lift does. I'm a mechanic so with a lift and all my tools it was an easy install. A few things to note, the upper control arm will definitely contact the bucket when fully extended. You may or may not hear it, but it will hit when fully extended. It's not too bad but mildly annoying when going over speed bumps or rolling off a small curb or drop. You will need an alignment after and you will likely need lower control arm bolts with eccentric cams. My 2019 SV did not have stock camber/caster adjustments and toe, camber and caster were way out after installing this.

Easy, inexpensive lift for your truck.
Love the stance of my 2016 Desert Runner now. Installation was a breeze, took my buddy and I approximately 1.5 hours. Rear end took about 30 minutes and the front closer to an hour. Installation instructions are very well written. The ride has not changed and have not felt any coil bucket contact as of yet even while taking it light off roading. I did however buy a couple of thin bump stops. Do plan on buying camber bolts as they could not get my truck alignment within specs without them.
