The Elgato Green Screen is truly a great product. I really wish there were more makers of green screens like this one. I've been using mine for several months now and am ready to review the product based on reliability and longevity of the products lifespan.PROS* Build Quality: The materials used are of high quality and it still functions as well now as it did when I first got the product. The metal hasn't been scratched or dented in the continuous use I put it through. The mechanics inside are still sliding up and down silky smooth. I put it up and down for each use. The screen has not faded at all either.* Ease of Use: It is super easy to use as you can just undo the latches on the metal casing and then pull the screen up. The mechanics work so well you can do it with only a couple of fingers. Same with collapsing the screen.* Portability: Before getting this screen I used a chroma key cloth and PVC pipe to create my own screen and stand. This solution is much more pleasing looking and takes up so much less space. It also makes it easy for setup and take down.* Height: I find the height of the screen to be a great size for indoor conditions.CONS* Width: This is a personal preference so I won't dock it any star power. I find the width to be good enough to sit directly behind my chair with my webcam zoomed in. You won't be able to do any wide shots or use a widescreen capture with your camera with its current size. It isn't possible to have two people sitting side by side in front of it either. I do wish there were some size options, as one size doesn't fit all. I understand that larger screens would be much heavier and more rigid to move around but I'd do it. Especially to be able to fit in a second person or get some breathing room between my chair and the screen.*Feet don't lock: The feet currently are slightly tight so they don't completely spin around but they don't snap or lock into place when you get them into position. I wish they would so that they don't move on me when I go to the next side to adjust its foot.

Smooth pulling it up. Smooth putting it back down. As high as it goes its pretty sturdy. No wrinkles and tucks away neatly. Perfect for many of your green screen needs.

This thing is amazing! It just slides right up and doesn't require any kind of locking mechanism or anything. It just uses tension to stay up. And then when you want to lower it, you just push it down and it starts going down. It's also really sturdy too. By far the best green screen you can buy!

I waited several months for this product to come into stock, but I'll be darned if I don't say it was worth it. This is a truly fantastic, and dare I say revolutionary product. Currently, Amazon says they don't know if this will ever come into stock again, and surely not when, but if it does, spend the extra money, and don't bother with any other green screen set up.This product is not only amazingly easy to use, but the Green screen quality alone makes it worth the price. On top of a quality, ripple-free backdrop for perfect usage, but the convenience is second to none. Not only does it set up in seconds, but it is amazingly simple to transport. It is slightly cumbersome due to the internal components, but you don't have to be strong to use carry it. The only flaw, the only single one is that it's very lengthy, so fitting it into a vehicle wouldn't be the easiest thing to do. Other than that, this is truly perfect.Fast, simple, and amazingly high quality for the price you pay. The feet could stand to be a bit long for better stability, but so long as you don't have a massive breeze coming in, you'll be find.This product was worth the wait, and surely worth the price.

I researched the heck out of green screens before I purchase the Elgato, including reading lots of user reviews (thank you!). It's been absolutely perfect for teaching online and recording video. I'm using it with Zoom, Teams and OBS Studio and have had next to no issues.For context, I'm teaching from a 35-foot fifth-wheel trailer, which means I have high ceilings, an open floor plan behind me, and next to no space to spare. The screen is easy to put up, take down and store. It's critical to remember to open the feet before extending the screen, but you're really only going to make that mistake once. You'll either destroy the screen or be unnerved that you almost did.No wrinkles, no transparency. Quality fabric that also makes a bit of a sound buffer (at least in my small space). I've downloaded a few out-the-window images and frequently have people ask me where I am, so the green screen is doing its job.As others have pointed out, it's narrow and you have to be creative with angles with some applications, but using OBS Studio completely takes care of this issue.

This green screen is convenient and easy to story, You can easily open and set this up any time you need while also being able to store it in tight spaces. the feet rotate in to create a straight profile that you can slide under a bed or any spot. Only improvement would be to have larger sizes.

This is awesome! Easy to open and close. Very portable and very sturdy! Works fantastic. My son streams. Tried another green screen and his software couldn’t get all the green to go dark. This one works perfectly! A little expensive but well worth the price!

The media could not be loaded. Super smooth, no wrinkles. And it’s built INTO the case it comes in! Just roll up and you’re good to go! Moving? Roll it down and close it! Good to go! Super amazing. Please spend money on this rather than any other green screen. You will be so happy you did!
