Equipment Mat | Protects and Extends Life of Pilates Reformer

Great product, good price.

This product is constructed with a heavy duty material and padding on the back. The sides are beveled so it lays flat. My machine is 100" long and the mat lays right under it with about 2 inches on each side (Lengthwise) left over. It made the assembly of my machine go very well. The top material is textured which seems to make it more durable. Even though there were sharp edges during assembly of my machine, this mat stayed strong and did not get damaged. Once the machine (heavy) was assembled, moving it around was much easier as the mat, made it much easier to move the machine across the wooden floor. Don't get me wrong, when exercising the mat DOES NOT MOVE. I didn't think I wanted this because it was fifty dollars for a mat, but I am glad I did get it. Aesthetically, it enhances the look of my beautiful machine and functionally it saves the floor, but most importantly, it helps me move my very heavy machine, with ease.

My 85" long Aeropilates machine sits against a wall of the bedroom now instead of taking up all the available space in there. Because the weight of the machine holds it securely to the mat, I easily move it by grasping the end of the machine, not the mat. This makes it very easy to move the machine out into the open to use it, and then back against the wall for storage. Mat is sturdy and protects the low pile carpet.

Mat is perfect for my Aero Pilates Machine. I have the 5 cord pro reformer machine and this mat is the perfect size. I picked the mat because I like to fold my machine up and I just roll the mat over the machine when I am done with it for the day. I feel like my machine is more stable on the mat than when it was on the carpet. Buying the mat on Amazon also saves you money.

I have a new AeroPilates and this does help the carpet underneath it, but it seems to slide when I use the machine. Maybe a combo of carpet with this is not the best solution. I pretty much have to stretch the mat out after using the rebounder. My carpet is short fiber.

It does exactly what it says, my laminate floor is quite slippery, when using the rebounder the reformer slid to the wall, I had tried rubber backed mats but still it moved, since putting the aeropilates mat under the reformer it has not moved at all. I would highly recommend this mat.

Does it's job. Value for money.
