Easy way to get hibiscus and hawthorne benefits
I use this tea to help keep my blood pressure in a healthy range. It has a fresh, tangy taste i can add to other teas or drink alone. There's no caffeine so I don't need to worry about it effecting my nervous system. And the bags are plastic free so I can get the convenience of a bag without the worry of drinking plastics.

This tea took my husbands blood pressure down after a heart attack. Its the Hibiscus I read.Taste good.
I bought this for my Husband who had high blood pressure, (he is slim) which caused him a heart attack last nov.. He didn’t have any heart damage. But when he started drinking T.M. Hawthorn and Hibiscus tea , And straight Hibiscus tea (about 5 cups or more a day instead of coffee) when he came home from the hospital, and a change in his diet it brought his B.P. below normal in two weeks. The pills did not do much, and there are side effects, but not from this tea. His Dr. took him off of the BP Drugs a couple of months later, and his blood pressure still stays below normal.. We have a little BP machine I bought from Amazon. The tea also has a sweet taste to it. I take Hawthorn Berry capsules for the last 20 yrs. I have had a irregular heart beat, which over 5 cardio Drs. could not figure out!. Hawthorn Berry was the answer I was looking for that a friend told me about. Hawthorn Berry is a heart muscle strengthener. Btw I’m older, a great grandmother, and have allot of energy.

Light and refreshing tea
I have heard good things about Hawthorn tea being good for the heart so I thought I would try it since I am trying to make healthy changes to my diet. I really like this tea. It has a very light and slightly sweet taste. I'm drinking about 2 to 3 cups of it a day and really enjoying it. I recommend it highly if you are trying to drink more tea for the health benefits but don't love the strong taste of some of the teas out there. This one is very subtle and delicious.

Nice Mild flavor
This has a very nice mild flavor. I do not sweeten my tea but some may want. I let it seep a full 10 mins to get the full flavor. I am hoping this helps reduce my blood pressure numbers.

I'm a repeat customer of this tea
I bought this tea because I'd heard it was good for your heart, and I do have cardiomyopathy. From what I've read, this tea is being researched for its heart-enhancing properties, such as making your heart pump blood more efficiently, as well as helping blood vessels to dilate better. Hawthorn berry tea has been used for hundreds of years as a home remedy aid for heart conditions, and research today is finding there's good reason why folks used this as a traditional treatment for cardiac issues before we had the medications we do now. I'm not a medical doctor, and this tea isn't meant to be a substitute for medical treatment. I still take my medications. However, once I found out about hawthorn tea and its heart enhancing properties--as well as it containing antioxidants--I've become a fan. As far as taste, it tastes slightly tart, slightly sweet. The hibiscus adds flavor, too. I enjoy the taste, and I'm finicky about my tea. Also, a big plus, is that this tea is organic and caffeine free.

Bag Falls Apart Easily Even with Care Allowing Tea Leaves into Tea
Taste is okay , perhaps a bit odd - just need to get used to it - I don't use any sweeetner. My big complaint with this product is - the tea bags let the ground tea leaves out into the tea; the bags do not hold up -- and that is without squeezing the bag to remove any liquid, nor were they left sitting in the water too long.

I used it only twice. On second use I felt palpitations , which continued for next 24 hrs. hence one needs to be selective while using these products. Please I am not on any Allopathic medicine for BP/heart .
