Love This Appliance
This appliance makes great muffins. I have used Martha White muffin mixes and Jiffy Corn Muffin mixes. I followed the directions on the back of the packages exactly, and had excellent results. Martha White has a muffin mix called Birthday Cake which is more like cake than muffins. If one puts a little icing on them, it is like having cupcakes! I have purchased canned biscuits and canned cinnamon rolls (not the Grands, but the small diameter cans) and tried them in this muffin maker, and had perfect results. Pillsbury and whatever house brand products came out equally well. However, canned crescent rolls were a total failure. If you go to the Ken Click YouTube channel, he has a recipe for biscuits made in the Dash pie maker. I took his same full recipe, divided it in half between two muffin cups, and the resulting biscuits were wonderful. We now like biscuits cooked in this maker better than when baked in an oven. I have divided cake mixes in half, making only half the mix, and the resulting cupcakes turned out perfectly. The weirdest thing I did was make little crustless egg quiches in this muffin maker, and they also came out very good. So now I can do a breakfast of eggs and biscuits at the same time, but the eggs cook more quickly than the biscuits. Depending on how big a bite one takes, there are at least 2 to 4 bites per item made in the appliance. The men in my family were pleased that these muffins or eggs were not the mini one bite sizes. There is a recipe booklet that comes with this maker, but I have not tried any of the recipes. I can say that the recipes use common ingredients found in most stores. Caveat: The non stick surface is not the most wonderful in the world, but neither is it awful. I put about a teaspoon or less of oil in one of the cups, then use a silicone pastry brush to spread the oil to the other cups and lid. Clean up is a snap, but it would not be wise to use a sloppy wet sponge/dishrag to clean up this appliance. The plates are NOT removable and there is a very tiny space between the plates and the housing of the appliance where water can drip down into the electrics. I would most definitely purchase this muffin maker again. It is versatile, easy to use and clean up, and doesn't heat up my small southern kitchen. Also, it easily stores on its end like a suitcase, and does not have to store flat on its feet taking up room in my small cabinet.

Fantastic Product!!
Highly recommend this team!! Made this corn muffins following the instructions on the box, but cooked baked them for only 10 minutes as instructed by device. All 12 came out fully cooked. No issues. I used silicone liners for the batter. But again as far as the cooking process goes, you can’t go wrong. You won’t be disappointed!

I love this cupcake maker!
Not that I've been a cupcake everyday kind of person, this machine makes it so easy to have cupcakes any time! Cooking in right at 8-10 minutes, they are done just that fast! I made up a couple of recipes on my own - my breakfast muffins was chopped up tater tots, some frozen mixed green and red bell peppers with onions, shredded cheese, bacon bits (the packaged salad kind) and 6 eggs - mixed together, this "cupcake" took 12 minutes to cook, but I had 12 breakfast muffins that were SO GOOD! Then again, I made chocolate cupcakes from a cake mix in 8 minutes. I made up a pumpkin cupcake with an already opened can of plain pumpkin, a couple of eggs, 2 cups flour, baking soda and powder, a cup of sugar, pumpkin spice and some nuts mixed with half milk and half water. I filled the machine's wells near the top and 8 minutes later, light, fluffy and tasty pumpkin spice cupcakes! This machine is great, but the one thing I'd change if it was my machine would be a better way to know it was ready than just the red and green lights on the top. I would also have an OFF/ON button so that I didn't have to unplug the machine to turn it off! The red/green, I would change to "heating/ready" or something like that. Other than that, I really love how this machine makes cupcakes/muffins so fast!

Cupcakes in minutes!
This is so good and it makes a dozen cupcakes! I took it out of the box and read that you should put a little oil on the inside , I used a paper towel and oiled each cop cake hole and everywhere on the inside. I let that sit then placed papers and filled them 3/4 full. Plugged it up and went to cooking. Cupcakes looked and tasted very good. No oven needed!!

Favorite!
I seldom turned on oven. Now I probably never will. I used for canned and homemade biscuits. Canned cinnamon rolls. Cupcakes of all kinds. Perfect. And 3 minutes to heat. Around 10 minutes to cook. Clean up is wiping. A wonderful appliance. It is small and just the 2 of us and perfect for 1 or 2. If I still had a family I would need three or 4
