Silpat Perfect Mini Fluted Cake Mold

I have slowly been replacing my beat up metal cupcake and cake pans with these Silpat versions. They are light, easy to store, and dishwasher safe. Best of all, nothing sticks to them, even without oil or butter before baking. It's easy to pop out the baked goods, too! Will be buying more of these as they offer so many shapes. My kids will be fighting over these when I'm gone.

👏🏾WORTH👏🏾IT! I have been baking for most of my life. Every once in a while a cake or pastry gets stuck in the pan. Not this time! They just slip right out. I got this bc I was moving. I’d already packed my pro-grade non stick spray and with smaller items they can be hard to release from traditional pans hard pans.I plan to get these in every variety. Life changing

I jumped at the chance to try a Silpat baking product. This makes 8 small fluted cakes, like tiny Bundt cakes. I found this molded frame to allow even baking at true temperatures. Removal from the molds was very easy. I have a vintage stainless steel mold for these type cakes that ruined about half the cakes trying to get them out so this is a real improvement. I found this super simple to clean, which I chose to do by hand.I suggest keeping the box to store this in; it’s the perfect size and this must be stored flat. That way it will stay clean too. The design is just great and Infind it superior to the obvious knockoffs on the market.

Whether we need masks everywhere we go or not, nobody wants someone blowing out candles on a large cake to share. Enter the mini fluted cakes, courtesy of the Silpat Perfect Mold.The mold was easy to wash (though not in the dishwasher -- this is hand-wash only), easy to use, and the treats were delicious. Seriously, there was not a crumb left on the pan, once I popped the cakes out. I can't imagine it being easier.It was really nice to see how there was a light caramelization along the ridges of the cake. It wasn't quite The Great (American / Canadian / British / Whatever) Bake-off, but I can't deny that it made me feel like my baking skills had really leveled up.

They last forever (I’ve had my Silpat mat for 20 years).This is a large mini Bundt mold, and fit on a larger sized baking pan. Wash first according to directions.Comes with use and care directions and a simple starter recipe on the box. The box it comes in is high quality and sturdy, which makes for damage free shipping.See mini bundts with cream cheese frosting. I used a box mix cake batter— put in less than you think you need. Mine overtopped the first time i used it and I had to cut the bottoms off with a serrated knife.
