I initially got MEDIUM,,,,way too small even for my small legs. I would recommend whatever size you think you need, go up a size,,,you can always exchange them.These are pretty heavy duty; it's the only shinguards I've ever used but they seem like they will hold up over time and have provided appropriate protection during what sparring I have done thus far.

Got these for Muay Thai training and they are great quality I think they will last me awhile! They are also comfortable and easy to clean!

Good value for the price. Was comparing these to the venums which were a little cheaper but ended up getting these. They fit well for medium I’m around 5’7” and the material feels very protective

I actually sofar (trying them out before sparring tomorrow my ameture smoker) do really enjoy em... they are great

10+ years of muay thai training and fighting and these are still my favorite (I have a few different Twins, Yokkao and Combat Corners on the shelf). Sleek, compact, durable. Only downside is they're the exact same as when I first owned my first pair (no new color ways, really! Added white just a couple years ago).

Second time with this brand. I like them because the provide good protection but aren’t too bulky. I wish the Velcro was a little bigger though. Im 5’3 so the small fits perfect lengthwise but could use more width for those of us with bigger calves.

I’m 6ft tall and the Large size fits perfectly for me right below my knees, great overall protection for a less bulky shine guard

Excelente calidad y protección, tienen como una parte “endurecida” a lo largo de la espinillera que protege bastante bien las tibias. Compré la talla M según la tabla de medidas adjunta, solamente que tengo piernas un tanto grandes y llega a ser un poco incómodo en ocasiones ajustarlas, aunque con el uso de cierta manera se aflojan y no es muy difícil ajustarlas, mas yo recomendaría en caso similar pedir una talla un tanto más grande ya que de todas formas hay mucho espacio para ajustarlas según se prefiera.

i am about 172cm and 64kg, I was debating between getting medium and large, went for Large and the fit is great, still cuts off below the knee so movement isn't constricted at all.Build quality is good and solid, that was expected, what was not expected was that the item was delivered to my house well within a week, may have even been within 4 days.. very impressed by that.would recommend both item and seller to a friend.
