It’s just a cheap grinder. You get what you pay for but there are still better grinders available at this price point.

This is a really easy to use spice and herb grinder. You probably already know why you want something like this and I'll confirm that it works great for such purposes. It's larger than you might expect and is able to grind very effectively and produce surprisingly even ground spice and herb. The top piece snaps to the main body with a magnet making it easy to load stuff into the grinding area. Then the bottom piece where the ground spices or herbs will end up is held in place by unscrewing it. I like this design because nothing will accidentally fall out if both sides are magnetic. Grinding feels good and produces great results. Sometimes stuff gets stuck in the holes but the included plastic scraper tool does the trick and is not a major problem at all! I also found it easy to clean with no hassle. Overall I would highly recommend this grinder to anyone who wants to manually grind their herbs and spices!
