The instructions and install were pretty easy however I did watch a YouTube video to help with installation. Still very easy just plug and go! I like that you can adjust daytime and nighttime screen brightness. It has a nice display, responds perfectly to touch and no lag so far. I’ve had it about a week and it’s been great. The sound quality is nice although I installed aftermarket speakers when I put this in as well. It connected quick and easy to my iPhone and it’s so nice having CarPlay in my 15 year old car!

This is fantastic, super fast, easy to use. Looks great. Like inside the car and the screen resolution is amazing and responsive. It fits right in and great for the money and the best part is it sounds pretty good. Normally cheap units like this sounds like butt, this head unit is as good as factory. Easy to connect and wireless Apple CarPlay.

---Updated 1/31/23--- Worked with Podofo support and while they couldn't correct the problem they did make it right with me. I don't know if I got a bad unit or what, but I can 100% recommend the company as they stand behind their product. I was able to narrow down the source of the problem, so if you experience this, here is what I found. The battery problem is caused (in my case) by the radio failing to go into sleep mode when the car is turned off. All it does is turn off the backlight. Not a problem if you use your car a lot, but my son only uses it twice a day - going to school and back home. With the android system running full speed, even if there is no backlight, it would last about 3-4 hours before draining the battery to the point there wasn't enough voltage for the starter to work. There are multiple work arounds for this, none of them great. What my son ended up doing is setting the radio to shut down instead of sleep when the car is turned off. To do this, go into factory settings (password 8888) and then into engineering test (password 26959910) and set the radio to "direct shutdown". What sucks about this is the radio takes about 2 minutes to boot, so you won't have your backup camera or anything for that duration. You could also just be cognizant of the radio staying on and make sure when you turn the car off, verify the radio goes to sleep (you'll see the screen, very dim if you look) and if it doesn't shut it off. Lastly, purchase a battery that has considerably more Amp hours. ---Original review 1/12/23--- Purchased this for my 16 year old son, easy install, nice looking high clarity screen, backup camera is good (although it doesn't show the backup guide lines as shown in the pictures). I did notice that the radio volume is bizarre, at volume zero it's muted, but volume 1 (out of 20?) it's very loud. No quite volume there. But android auto and bluetooth audio volume is okay. After about a week, the car would no longer start, I had to get a jump start on it, engine would not crank at all, just heard the starter click on the car. Checked the voltage on the battery, and it was at 14v, so should have at least made the attempt to turn over. Contacted customer support, will update this review in a few weeks regardless of the outcome.

I’ve bought this item 3 times now to put on all 3 of my Civics. (Yes I know, I have a lot of Civics.) It has never let me down and works great. Always fast to connect to BlueTooth, touch screen is responsive, and the fitment with the dashboard is perfect. Sounds great and if you have stock speakers it will boost the sound. With so many cheap aftermarket tablet radios, it can be hard to know which one of these random Chinese companies makes a half decent one. This company has exceeded my expectations with the quality of this unit and I would not hesitate to buy a unit for a different car from them as well. A+++

Installation was easy.. Everything fit perfectly. Camera does not connect to the tablet. Manual did not help found other videos online, they did not help. Couple of weeks later, got stuck on the settings page and now will not do anything else. Spend a little more money and but something better.

I was quite blown away by the amount of things you can do with this screen aside from just CarPlay. You still have access to the radio, the ability to watch movies and YouTube, and options to change how your speakers sound. All of this is built directly into the CarPlay screen, and I was honestly shocked once I started going through everything and realized it was truly worth the money. Many people mention having issues with this screen, ranging from slow boot times to poor quality, but in my experience I didn’t encounter any of those problems. The screen boots almost immediately, with little to no lag, even on the lower-end versions of the available options. One important thing to note is that you should have a battery with considerably more amp hours—at least 500, which is easy to find and listed on your battery. I previously had a battery with about 425 amp hours, and it died a day or so after installing the screen. That said, the battery was already going bad before the install. Since replacing it, I’ve had no other issues with the screen. Overall, I’ve had a great experience so far and highly recommend this screen to anyone looking to upgrade their car. Note: The directions aren’t very helpful, so I recommend watching a YouTube video on how to install the screen. There are many available, including ones specifically for this model. Installing the backup camera will also take significantly more time and effort if that’s something you plan to do. Additionally, you’ll likely need more tools than the ones provided in the packaging.

For 80 bucks you can't go wrong. Took about 3 hours to install only because it took me 2 hours to figure out the back up camera install. This thing is so nice. Makes the cat automatically feel modern. Instructions suck, but plenty of videos on you tube.

The installation was super easy! The screen works exactly as expected! The screen is huge! While there was an issue with my screen, Podolfo was extremely quick to reply and help me troubleshoot my issue! I would recommend this product!

Es un excelente accesorio para poner a la vanguardia al Civic en este caso al modelo 2007. No es tan complicado instalarlo , sólo se debe tener paciencia y precaución para no romper nada. La conexión y la.pantalla son claros.

I already installed it to my 2007 Honda civic,I completed all the wirings ,I double check the wiring connection for my rear camera base on the drawing,but when I put my gear to reverse my monitor only turn black my camera is not working,i check the settings but there is no option for camera,can anybody help me please?????!!!!!

El producto no es para civic 2007, pero en adición el producto me llegó roto, la calidad se siente baja, toda la mascarilla llegó doblada y rota por lo cual inicié la devolución, en el apartado de la pantalla y temas técnicos desconozco ya que tuve que empaquetar de nuevo sin opción a revisar nada más debido a la ruptura

La camara se ve muy nítida, y trabaja muy bien todo, lo único que recomiendo es que chequen bien el color de su tablero porque está un poco más claro, fuera de ahí todo bien. Recomiendo se lleve con alguien que sepa instalarlo adecuadamente para que los controles del volante respondan.
