Instructions were poor and no mention that you need to get a rechargeable battery. Not a good way to hook up a battery tender to make it critter proof. The unit is great, but the design of dealing with a rechargeable battery is a problem.

This is by far the worst feeder I have ever purchased
This is by far the worst feeder I have ever purchased. Bought 4 of them 3 years ago. First thing is there not water proof at all, the corn or protein will get wet and jam up in the shoot so the corn or protein will begin to spoil and not feed which is a problem if your not able to check your feeders every day. The spin Tech feeders will break and I have not had one last more than 6 months.They are Junk and I had to replace all 4 of the ones I bought.
