Xiaomi Redmi 10 (2022) - Smartphone 128GB, 4GB RAM, Dual Sim, Carbon Gray

I bought this for my husband as I know it is so easy to use and it is his first smart phone. This is one of the nicest mobiles I have had myself and I have had several more expensive well known brands in the past to compare it with. Although this one is less expensive by half than my own, it does more or less the same with an even better camera and slimmer. The price is so competitive that why fork out for anything more expensive. Looks nice and easy to set up. Husband very happy with his nice new mobile and soon put his Facebook, messenger and other apps on it without any bother. As I stated, his very first smartphone which he thought he didn’t need but now converted.

it works- camera ok - sound ok. For the price a decent phone

Basically does the same job as a S**sung for a fraction of the price. The fingerprint button on the side does not work so well, I preferred the older version (Redmi 7) with the sensor on the back but that's a personal reference. Sound quality is OK but not brilliant and when you're speaking others can hear even without the speaker on so be wary of that, best to use earphones. Other than that no complaints. Fast to boot up, good storage space etc. camera is good.

The phone was ok for the first few weeks, then it started to play up. The volume turns itself down, so I keep missing phone calls, can't listen to music etc. And it will only work on 4g if the WiFi is manually turned off. I contacted Amazon for a return. The seller is useless and just keeps sending the same message and not answering my questions. Says I have to return it to manufacture.. who when I contacted, say they have no record of my purchase (obviously, because I bought it from Amazon) so can't help.So I'm stuck with a rubbish phone, and I only bought it 2 months ago!Not good enough 😡So I wouldn't waste your money buying from these dodgy sellers, go to a shop where you can return it if it brakes.

Great price , good camera with seamless wide angle to telephoto zoom , good storage ( 128 ) , good battery ( 5000) but a tad slower than my old lightning fast Poco F1. Update jan 25 : phone has become even slower despite having nearly 50gb storage free. My old F1 runs rings around it ! Last security update was a year ago . Still haven't managed to loose the annoying advertising which must be part of the system apps . I'm getting rid of this one and not going back to Xiaomi .

This phone was used as a back up while my 1st phone was repaired. It was a brilliant little phone and did what I needed it to do. The camera was hit and miss however, some good pics, some really bad ones!! Could not complain for the price though, and would buy again if I was put back in the same situation.
